I have been called a big company expert with front porch common sense. I grew up in a family business, starting work in second grade. I had great mentors and wonderful jobs. I rescue bully dogs, training them so they can be adopted. I love music, theatre, art, nature, books, movies, and pop culture. HR and communications is everywhere! This isn't my first rodeo. I have more than 30 years of studying data and leading people in global locations across multiple industries. I am an independent thinker who helps Directors align and build workplace cultures.
